What is your processing time?
An order usually takes 4-5 business days to process before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 2 business days. This does not include shipping transit time.
TopDo you pre-ship envelopes?
We offer pre-shipped envelopes for birth announcements. You can receive your birth announcement envelopes several weeks before your baby arrives to address them for sending. After your baby arrives, you can complete your order online, or call or email us with your personalization information and we'll complete it for you. Your birth announcements will be custom printed and promptly delivered to you. Then all you need to do is insert the cards into the pre-addressed envelopes and drop them in the mail to your family and friends.
The process to pre-order envelopes is very simple. Just follow select the “Pre-ship Envelope Service” option upon placing your order.
TopWhat type of printing do you use?
With the exception of our letterpress designs, all stationery is flat printed, using the highest quality digital printing press available. The digital press delivers high resolution digital color that rivals the traditional offset printing press used on most stationery. Unlike some digital printers that use toner like a laser printer, our digital press uses liquid ink. The print quality is similar to flat offset printing with bright, long-lasting colors. On demand digital offset printing is the latest technology in the color printing industry - offering the quality of traditional offset printing, but capitalizing on the efficiency of a totally digital workflow. This means you get the best print quality for graphics, text and photographs at the most competitive prices and quickest turnaround. And we are able to offer fresh designs since orders are always printed on-demand.
TopWhat type of paper do you use?
With the exception of select designs within our “Brides” and Letterpress collections, most designs are printed on 110 lb white matte card stock.
TopWill the colors in the printed card be exactly what I see on my monitor?
Due to variations in computer monitors and printers, we cannot guarantee that your cards will exactly match what you see on screen. Online proofs are supplied for text and content proofing purposes only. It should not be assumed that the finished product will exactly match what you see on screen or a print generated from the proof. Therefore, no discounts will be given for these variations. Take heart that colors for each piece of stationery have been carefully selected by a design professional for optimum print quality and design style.
TopWhat if I need to customize my order?
We take great pride in providing you with high quality, personalized stationery. To that end, we are happy to customize many parts of our cards to make them exactly what you'd like. Some of these customizations require additional work to the actual art file, and thus we charge a small customization fee.
Complimentary Customizations:
- Your font/text color may be changed free of charge to black, brown, or white.
- Changing the font style or color to one already available on the card.
- If your card has two typestyles and you later decide to use only one of the typestyles, no customization fee is charged.
- If you purchase a proof, we will provide two proof revisions consisting of text changes or standard layout modifications free of charge.
- Some ensembles have a matching response card in reversed colors. If you would like your invitation to match your response card there is not a customization charge.
- Ensemble cards cannot be substituted.
A $5 customization charge is applied for:
- Up to 5 lines of additional text on a Thank You Note
- A photo change requested by the customer after the initial order has been submitted
A $15 custom design charge is applied for each of the following customizations:
- Requesting a font color other than that on the card or black, brown, or white
- Requesting a typestyle not already available on your card
- Requesting a photo or text change after your order is in reviewed status
- Adding additional graphics (from the existing card)
- Changing the background color
- Changing the design layout
- Special text additions
- Restrictions: Please note that due to copyright laws, graphics from one card may not be added to another card, we cannot add clipart or images submitted by a customer to any cards, and we cannot add photos to non-photo cards.
TopWhat if I need to cancel my order?
A $15 cancellation fee applies:
- Should we not receive a response to an electronic proof within 45 days from the day your order is received. Order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued less customizations, rush and proof processing.
- Request to cancel your order is received while it is in design status (a designer has completed the setting of your order).
TopReorders
We understand that special circumstances may occur such as a venue change and offer the following options for these special circumstances.
- Proofs approved with an error and the order is in printing, shipped or delivered status require the placing of a reorder. We graciously extend 40% off your reorder, and provide a complimentary, updated proof requiring your approval to insure errors are corrected before we proceed with reprinting.
- Changes requested when order is in printing, shipped or delivered status require the placing of a reorder. We graciously extend 40% off you reorder, and provide a complimentary, update proof requiring your approval to insure errors are corrected before we proceed with reprinting.
Reordering with Customizations:
- An order placed within the last 60 days, will have the final art on file. Therefore customization fees will not apply.
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago will no longer have your final art on file so a new order must be created and customization fees will be applied to your reorder.
TopReprints
We will gladly reprint your order if:
- You accidentally receive the wrong order and reship free of charge.
- We ship a lesser quantity than you ordered, we will reprint additional cards and reship free of charge.
- Your order arrives and cards are damaged, you may chose to keep the order as is, and a 25% discount will be applied to the order or we will reprint it at no additional cost. The shipping method will be the same as selected on your original order.
Should a printing error occur on our end we will reprint the entire suite and reship it free of charge or offer it to you at 25% off as is.
TopRefunds
We will make every effort to insure that your order is processed efficiently. However, in the event that:
- You are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund less applicable fees.
- Order is delivered late, whether it arrived or not, we will determine the appropriate refund for all or a portion of your shipping.
- A package arrives 30 days late due to an error on our end or a courier, we will refund your entire order including shipping.
- A package was shipped incorrectly and will miss the latest delivery date, we will upgrade to the appropriate shipping method or refund your shipping.
- Rush or overnight shipping was selected and the package was shipped ground, we will refund your rush fee and the difference in shipping costs.
- You have decided to use a photo that our specialists have not recommended for printing, we cannot offer a refund.
Note: Applicable fees are defined as shipping, customization, cancellation and rush fees if they apply, upon receiving your entire returned order.
